Greenwood is a bright sunny queen room decorated in yellows with burgundy floral highlights. It has a comfortable queen bed, down duvet, fine linen, antique furniture, cosy reading chairs, TV, and a three piece private bathroom.
 

The bathroom is just 2 steps outside of your room and was the original watercloset put into the house in 1909. It was renovated and restored in 1998, but still has it's original charm.

You have a beautiful view of the centre of New Zealand, the Maitai River and the Brookside garden.
